Freestanding Insulated Patio | Narangba, QLD

The popularity of tiny homes has been on the rise. Like any conventionally sized home, having an outdoor area to enjoy with protection from the elements just makes life better.

Our lovely customers in Narangba met with our Brisbane Coast team to discuss options for a freestanding patio. With space in abundance, our customers wanted a patio that would provide plenty of air circulation and feel very open.

The design team went to work and immediately knew a flyover roof design would tick all the boxes. Mounted significantly higher than the tiny home, the roof offers plenty of light and airflow. The generous roof overhang also keeps the rain out. Insulated patio roofing further improves comfort.

Working with the decor of the home, our designs chose to mirror the colour scheme. Surfmist ceiling maximise natural light. Black gutters, posts and trims match the home perfectly.
