Insulated Balcony Patio | Beaumaris, VIC

Our lovely customers in Beaumaris wanted to use their second-storey balcony regardless of the weather. Following a design consultation with our Melbourne design team, plans were taking shape to turn this balcony from a rarely used space to a crowd-pleasing entertainer.

The insulated roofing panels allowed our team to span the full width of the existing deck. Measuring 5.9m wide and 4.9m deep, the 100mm posts were positioned at each end to keep things open and minimise visual clutter.

White bay ceilings match the surfmist barges and white posts to maximise natural light. 4 flush-mount downlights were installed ensuring evenings are just as bright. Leaving no stone unturned, our team even colour-matched the down pipe.
