Insulated Balcony Patio | Brighton East, VIC

Our Melbourne Team enjoyed working on this stunning balcony patio for our lovely customers in Brighton East. Wanting an open feel without compromising on natural light and circulation, a flyover roof design was soon underway.

Twin 100mm x 100mm posts are used to support the insulated patio roofing. When combined with through-roof mounts, it ensures the balcony area is kept clear of posts taking up space. The elevated roof overhangs the existing roof and allows for the balcony to be used regardless of weather.

The 55mm Insulmax roof panels keep the temperature in check and are finished in a bright white to match the existing colour scheme. Monument posts, barge and gutters neatly finish off the patio for a clean and modern aesthetic.
