Insulated Flyover Patio | Biloela, QLD

Our dear customers in Biloela were very much used to outdoor living. With the advantage of experience on their side, they met with our Rockhampton patio design team to replace their existing insulated patio.

The insulated patio roofing uses a flyover design. The advantages are almost immediately apparent with the increased ceiling height and improved air circulation.

Measuring in at 11.1m x 6.6m, the new patio installation also increases the usable space by adjusting the roof overhang.

Privacy screens were also added using aluminium slatting. They allow for a modern take on privacy compared to the timber lattice on the old patio.

The cottage green roof and trims are paired with surfmist ceilings to further add to the open look and feel of the flyover roof design. Monument posts and screen finish off the patio nicely.
