Flyover Insulated Patio | Caulfield South, VIC

This stunning backyard was a dream come true for our lovely customers in Caulfield South, Victoria. With home improvements focused on bringing the outdoors in, our customers knew a new patio would take renovation to the next level.

Positioned entirely across the newly installed stacking sliding doors, our Melbourne design team opted for a flyover patio design. At 8.8m metres wide and 3.5 deep, the new patio roof offers plenty of coverage and protection from the sun and rain. The overlap means the patio doors can remain open regardless of weather and allow the indoors to flow out. The design also results in needing fewer support posts further adding to the open look and feel.

The insulated patio roofing panels measure in at a thickness of 135mm and offer class-leading insulation while spanning longer distances without support beams. A white ceiling adds to the open feel and makes use of all the available natural light.

Framing the patio with 150mm posts delivers a modern look that beautifully matches the existing colours of the home and yard. The result is a stunning outdoor space to relax between swims.
