Insulated Patio and Entry Way | Kin Kora, QLD

Our lovely customers in Kin Kora wanted to increase the useable outdoor space in their front and back yards. We believe the best way to increase comfortable outdoor space is with an insulated patio, so naturally, 2 insulated patios are better than one!

In the backyard, our Rockhampton designers put together a 7.9m x 4.6m insulated, elevated patio. Featuring 100mm thick insulated panels, the new patio meets the requirements for cyclone-prone regions and is sure to keep temperatures will be kept in check. Elevated ceilings enhance the feeling of openness and add plenty of fresh air to circulate.

Surfmist insulated roofing panels were matched to the deep ocean-coloured gutters tied in neatly with the existing colours.

For the front entryway, some much-needed shelter was added. At 3.7m x 2m, the insulated entry way protects from the elements and also provides shade for the front doorway, reducing heat soak during summer.
