Insulated Patio Cashmere, QLD

Our lovely customers in Cashmere wanted to transform their entertaining area with a new patio. After meeting with our Brisbane team for an in-home quotation, our designers worked to create our customer’s vision of outdoor living.

The design team started with an insulated patio to ensure a generous span between support posts. Cutting back the existing eaves allowed the patio to follow the exterior wall including a bay window. From under the patio, this creates an impression of brining the outdoors in.

At 7.7m wide, the maximum projection is 7m which creates plenty of space for outdoor living and entertaining. Twin 140mm Kwila posts are matched to the hardwood deck. Colour-coded gutters and barge are colour-matched to the home and act as an elegant contrast to the white ceilings.

Low-profile LED lights make evening entertaining possible while the internal routing keeps the wiring hidden from view.
