Our delightful customers in Pacific Pines knew an insulated patio would be the ideal way to add plenty of usable outdoor space to their home. With landscaping nearing completion, it was time for our Brisbane team to design a custom patio.

Those with an eye for detail will notice the sloping angle of the yard. Combining a reverse pitch for the patio roofing with flyover roof mounting increases the available light and airflow.

Working around the existing solar system meant our design team were not able to use the roofing overhang for protection from the elements. With some clever planning, our team avoided shading on the solar panels. Flashing was used to maintain ceiling heights and protection from adverse weather flashing.

Surfmist ceilings keep things light and bright while the night sky flashings and gutters neatly frame the patio. Classic cream posts are a perfect match for the natural colours of the brickwork and natural stone retaining wall.
