Louvred Verandah | Mitcham, VIC

This compact louvred patio is located in Mitcham and provides plenty of useable outdoor living space for our lovely customers. As avid gardeners, they wanted their new outdoor space to incorporate as much of the outdoors and garden as possible.

Following a quick chat with our Melbourne designers, a louvred roof was chosen for the ability to control the louvres electronically. Offering 180 degrees of adjustment, the roof can be fully closed providing protection from the rain. With the louvres open,  the deck and adjoining rooms are bathed in natural light.

At 6.6m long and 1.2m, it offers generous space for an outdoor setting, perfect for taking in the stunning garden. The pearl-white louvres amplify all available natural light. The Monument posts and gutters complete the picture and tie into the darker trims of the home.
