Split Level Patio | Taylors Lakes, VIC

Our design team loves making the most of unique space for our customers. This split-level steel patio is a perfect example of one such project. This steel patio was recently designed and constructed for our dear customers in Taylors Lakes, Victoria.

Featuring a split-level roof, this patio is attached to the rear of a drive-through garage. The roof line follows the sloping level of the block and increases the all-weather use of the outdoor area.

The frame and patio roof are flush mounted to the wall, with clever post positioning on the boundary. This keeps the floor space clear of obstructions.

Working with the existing colours of the home and landscaping, our design team matched the classic cream patio roofing and support posts. For additional UV protection and privacy, our customers choose Kwila/Merbau slatting. Natural light is retained through the use of clear roofing panels.
