Our lovely customers in Blackburn Victoria recently turned their attention to their exterior renovations and wanted to add some protection for their car.

With the existing carport removed, our Melbourne team designed and constructed an elegant single carport. Constructed from powder-coated steel, the new carport is positioned as close to the boundary as possible to maximise parking space.

At 2.4m wide and 11.7m long, there is plenty of useable space. The front posts measure 150mm x 50mm and add some visual weight to the structure. Finished in a bright white, they perfectly match the recently refurbished window frames. The rear posts are 65mm x 65mm to avoid taking up valuable vehicle space.

The roof and ceilings were also finished in white and feature 3 opaque acrylic inserts positioned conveniently above a window. Working with the bright colour scheme, the opaque inserts maximise all available natural light.
